Qualifications

• Clear communication with managers and team members is required.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and stand up to 9 hours daily.
• Passion for food and delivering a great dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking.
• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for duties.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work-station area.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Provide hospitality and ensure guests feel welcome.
