Early shift from about 5am to 12pm offers quiet mornings and productive days. Responsibilities include chopping vegetables, slicing meat, maintaining sanitation, and keeping pantry organized.

Qualifikationen

• Willing to learn, study and practice outside of work.
• Proven experience as a prep cook is a plus.
• Culinary school is a plus.
• Knowledge of cooking procedures (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures.
• Work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school is advantageous.
• Willing to live or relocate to Buena Vista, Colorado.
