• Follow recipes, procedures, specs and techniques.
• Assist in receiving goods and daily inventory of prepared foods.
• Maintain proper storage and rotation of products.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing.
