California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pantry Cook to join our team and bring the R.O.C.K.S. philosophy (Respect, Opportunities, Communication, Kindness, and epic Service) to the pantry station.

You will ensure top-quality salads and desserts, support line checks, and handle prep duties with a focus on safe, sanitary practices. You'll work in a dynamic, people-focused environment, helping guest experiences shine through careful preparation, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Formación

• 1-3 months related experience or training.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain pantry station with high standards for food quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Ensure timely preparation of all salads and desserts.
• Support line check process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the pantry station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties.
