Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience or training required.
• Pantry cooks handle salads and desserts and maintain sanitation.

Responsabilités

• Maintain highest standards for food quality, sanitation, and pantry station.
• Ensure timely preparation of all salads and desserts.
• Support line check process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the pantry station as needed.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Open/close pantry station and perform side work duties each shift.
