Qualifications

• One year of commercial kitchen/cooking experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain stations, and assist with kitchen organization.
• Restock items and adhere to sanitation and food production codes.
