Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients for daily service.
• Follow recipes and preparation standards.
• Keep prep areas clean and organized.
• Properly store and label food.
• Assist cooks and other kitchen team members.
• Help with kitchen cleaning and organization.
• Cross-train in different kitchen skills and positions.
