Job summary

Las Flores Olde Town Mex in Olde Town Conyers, GA is seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join the kitchen team. The candidate should be passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and embrace our PRIDE (Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence) philosophy.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to restaurant recipes and guidelines
• Assist with chopping, slicing, dicing, and other basic food prep tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
• Support cooks and chefs with additional tasks as needed
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies
