Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of one year or more of cooking in a professional setting is preferred.
• Must be familiar with prep lists.
• Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must complete county health department class and attain certification.

• Work with culinary leadership to meet business demands and customer satisfaction.
• Attend departmental and company training programs and meetings.
