Open positions include Prep Cook and support for Line cooks. Responsibilities include maintaining prep areas, assisting with food preparation, and monitoring temperatures to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must pose basic knife skills.
• Must have outstanding interpersonal communication to interface with guests and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Cooperative, helpful and friendly, neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays.
• Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and maintains prep for RC Supply Co. foodservice.
• Keeps prep area stocked and clean at all times.
• Assists Line cooks in preparing various food items (fruits, vegetables, meats, sandwiches, dressings, salads).
• Refreshes food items in TDR as needed.
• Monitors and records food temperatures in time/temperature log.
• Occasional Line Cook responsibilities as assigned.
