Compass Group is hiring a Prep Cook for Epicurean at Bentley School in Lafayette, CA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with hours that may vary; pay is $26.00–$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous catering, cashiering, and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to production sheets, quantities, and recipes.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality and consistency.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short lead times.
• Serves customers at multiple stations in an efficient, friendly manner.
• Completes documentation, logs and reports as required.
• Resolves customer concerns and maintains sanitation compliance.
