Job summary

Compass Group USA's Epicurean team in Santa Rosa is hiring a full-time Prep Cook. The role requires 2–3 years of kitchen experience and a prior barista background is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience required.
• 2–3 years of kitchen experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food in accordance with production schedules and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment following department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy.
• Resolves customer concerns and serves customers efficiently.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
