Job summary

Compass Group USA – Eurest division is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at Epson LA, Los Alamitos, CA. Monday–Friday schedule; hours may vary. Experience preferred and an internal referral bonus is available. Pay range is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Prepares food, serves customers, and follows all safety and sanitation regulations. Responsible for production sheets, quality checks, and timely service at multiple stations.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
