Sullivan's Steakhouse, Division Sullivan's, is seeking a Prep Cook for our Charlotte location. The position is non-exempt and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, stand for long periods and assist line cooks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation.
• Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer.
