Qualifications

• Prepares items following recipes and production quantities.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and maintains food safety standards.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short lead times.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use; ensures proper sanitation.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner at multiple stations.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grills; adheres to portion control.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper serving temperatures.
