Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, according to standards and recipes, all products in assigned station.
• Assist other line cooks/Prep when necessary.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team and take action from observations.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper cooking times and food presentation.
• Restock items as needed and keep stations, walk-ins, and storage areas organized.
