Mo' Bettahs in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Prep/Back of House team member to help prepare food, keep the kitchen tidy, and follow food safety standards while joining a fast-paced team.

No prior restaurant experience is required; training is provided and schedules are flexible with full- and part-time shifts. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and ready to learn early-morning shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred; training available.
• Early availability, usually 6:00 am start time.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food and maintain kitchen area.
• Wash dishes and follow kitchen policies.
• Assist with other duties to keep operation running smoothly.
