• Food Handler certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for daily service.
• Prepare spreads, salads, and sandwich components.
• Follow prep lists and production schedules.
• Store food with proper labeling and rotation.
• Maintain a clean prep area and storage spaces.
• Follow food-safety and allergen-handling procedures.
• Receive deliveries and stock ingredients.
• Assist kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy periods.
• Complete opening, closing, and sanitation duties.
