Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule from Chef and prepares items accordingly.
• Tastes and checks finished meals for quality and portion control.
• Stores and labels all food items with correct dates.
• Follows policy for waste logs and documentation.
• Serves customers at multiple stations in a timely manner.
• Adheres to federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations.
