Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will be ServSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship with 2–3 years cooking experience in contract foodservice, preferably in premium services, catering, concessions for sports/entertainment venues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering high level of customer and client service with initiative and leadership.
• Customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a team environment and maintain organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items in a fast-casual space to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize food revenues.
• Maintain friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Direct and implement a guest service philosophy for associates.
• Meet with supervision to review assignments and anticipated business levels.
• Ensure highest-quality product is served and comply with health/sanitation standards.
• Provide efficient service and maintain positive customer relations.
• Ensure equipment is in proper operating condition and cleaned regularly.
• Rotate to other service locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
