Job summary

Compass Group USA's Eurest division is hiring immediately for full-time Prep Cook positions at Eurest Cafe and Marketplace @ Burlington Stores in Ellabell, GA. This role prepares food, supports daily production, and serves customers with attention to quality and safety. Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of food service experience, knife/prep skills, and ServSafe is a plus.

The schedule is 6:00 am–4:00 pm, 40 hours/week, with no nights and a 4-on/3-off rotation. Local benefits apply.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of food service experience.
• Knife/prep skills.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Serves customers efficiently at multiple stations and completes orders.
• Completes required documentation and logs as required.
• Resolves customer concerns and supports a clean, safe dining area.
