Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for full time PREP COOK positions at Eurest Cafe and Marketplace @ Burlington Stores, 447 Logistics Drive, Ellabell, GA 31308. Schedule is full time, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $15.00–$18.00 per hour. We offer a supportive team, no nights, 4 days on/3 off each week, and an internal employee referral bonus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets; taste completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items according to policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as required.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Takes orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time, serves customers efficiently and friendly.
• Complete orders from steam tables and grill and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items according to policy.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
