Job summary

Holiday by Atria is seeking friendly kitchen team members to support meal preparation and service in our community dining rooms. You’ll follow recipes, maintain safety and cleanliness, and work with the Executive Chef to create a pleasing dining experience for residents.

Strong communication in English, basic cooking skills, and a commitment to high quality food and service are essential. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Food handlers permit as required by local/state and/or Company standards.
• Serv safe is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of meals.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.
• Ensure that all food is received, stored, and prepared according to company standards.
• Assist with preparing and executing special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in a clean and sanitary manner.
