Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards.
• Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepares items per established recipes and production sheets.
• Completes daily production worksheets and ensures food quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment as per procedures.
• Stores food items following policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders and prepares quick service items.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly.
• Completes orders from various food stations.
• Resolves customer concerns.
