BAKAN in Wynwood, Miami is seeking an experienced Prep Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare ingredients, sauces, and components, ensuring quality and freshness for daily service. The role requires teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards in a busy kitchen.

Applicants should be available for morning shifts, some evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Growth opportunities exist within DZO Hospitality’s brands.

Formación

• Experience as a Prep Cook in a restaurant.

What You'll Do / Tus Responsabilidades

• Prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, vegetables, and proteins following our recipes.
• Wash, cut, portion, and organize ingredients for daily service.
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and proper storage procedures (FIFO).
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety standards and support the kitchen team.

• Preparar ingredientes frescos, salsas, vegetales y proteínas siguiendo nuestras recetas.
• Lavar, cortar, porcionar y organizar ingredientes para el servicio diario.
• Mantener la calidad, frescura y almacenamiento adecuado de los alimentos (FIFO).
• Mantener tu estación de trabajo limpia, organizada y abastecida.
• Cumplir con las normas de seguridad alimentaria y apoyar al equipo de cocina.
