Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations. Essential duties include:

1. Obtaining daily production schedules from the Chef.
2. Preparing items following established recipes and quantities.
3. Completing and following production worksheets and waste logs. Tasting meals to ensure quality.
4. Operating and cleaning equipment after each use.
5. Storing, labeling, and dating food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Completing required documentation and reports.
7. Complying with health and sanitation regulations.
8. Taking customer orders and preparing quick-serve items.
9. Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Using approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
11. Resolving customer concerns.
12. Performing other duties as assigned.
