Job summary

Heathman Hotel in Portland, OR is seeking a Prep Cook to lay the groundwork for our kitchen, from sauces to sides. You will work closely with the chef team to ensure consistent product quality.

Making everything from sauces to sides, this individual is efficient but does not cut corners, knowing that a consistent product is essential to the integrity and flavor of the final product. This person enjoys being a vital part of a team dynamic and is adept at following directions and communicating with the chef team.
