The role involves preparing a variety of foods according to recipes and supervisor instructions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality, while maintaining strict sanitation practices.

Responsibilities include prepping ingredients for service and after-hours distribution, monitoring cooking progress, garnishing dishes, and organizing supplies.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to read and understand safety rules and procedures.
• Minimum two years related experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Ability to follow recipes and supervisor instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of foods per orders or supervisor instructions.
• Prep ingredients for service and after-hours distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Store food properly to prevent spoilage and regulate temperatures.
