Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for the respective section(s) and supervise line set-up and prepping.
• Coordinate the pass and ensure timely guest service with high-quality food items.
• Assist in inventory, receive items, and report low stock to supervisor.
• Maintain sanitation standards meeting Health Board and hotel requirements.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring duties are completed during shifts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Catering, Banquets and other departments; may interact with guests.
