The Role: Prep Cook

This position focuses on food prep, kitchen cleanliness, and smooth operations. If you thrive behind the scenes and know that a great meal starts with the details, we want you in our crew.

What You’ll Do

• Keep kitchen areas, walk-ins, and storage clean and organized
• Follow food safety standards for prep, labeling, storage, and sanitation
• Handle chemicals, tools, and equipment with care and precision
• Receive and stock deliveries properly
• Maintain and operate dish machines and assist in dishwashing areas
• Support Line Cooks and other team members during service
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment that complies with health regulations

What You Bring

• 18+ and ready to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Experience in a prep or kitchen role is a plus
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
