Job summary

Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook at our Short Pump, VA facility. The role contributes to Signature Dining Programs, performing à la minute cooking and chef-inspired dishes in state‑of‑the‑art kitchens with a dedicated team.

We offer full-time Health, Dental, Vision and 401k with company match, and emphasize growth opportunities, limited late hours, and a strong team culture focused on resident satisfaction and food quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.

No late nights, out by 9pm or earlier.

You will contribute to our Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes, while working with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens and using top-notch equipment.
