Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living in Short Pump, VA is seeking a Prep Cook to contribute to Signature Dining Programs and à la minute dishes in state-of-the-art kitchens. You will work with a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality menu items and resident satisfaction, while enjoying a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, culinary excellence, and opportunities for growth, with on-site facilities and a strong benefits package for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.

Compensation: $16/hr - $17/hr, based on experience.

No late nights, out by 9pm or earlier.

You will contribute to our Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes, while working with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens and using top-notch equipment.
