Responsibilities

• Wash and chop produce, measure ingredients, prep stations by following prep list.
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and sanitize equipment and storage areas.
• Follow safety policies including knife handling and wearing protective gear.

Prep Cook Job Description:

Our Prep Cooks are part of our collaborative kitchen team responsible for preparing a variety of ingredients with precision and care. Attention to detail and desire to work in a team environment contribute to the success of this position.

What You Will Do:

• Wash and chop produce, measure ingredients, prep stations by following prep list.
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling, storage, and labeling.
• Work closely with the kitchen team ensuring proper food preparation for a smooth and efficient food service
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by performing cleaning tasks, sanitizing equipment and organizing food storage.
• Follow safety policies and procedures including proper knife and kitchen utensil handling and wearing proper protective gear and maintaining a safe working environment.

About You:
