Job summary

Sauced BBQ& Spirits in Petaluma, CA is seeking a full-time line cook to prepare fresh food items to company specifications and contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

You will follow all state and city food safety regulations, work well in a team, lift up to 50 lbs, multitask across several recipes, and maintain a clean, organized station. A California Food Handlers Card is required.

Qualifications

• Follows company recipes for all food items.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Has a California Food Handlers Card.
• Participates in teamwork throughout the entire restaurant.
• Is able to work in a high volume environment.
• Is able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Is familiar with numerous pieces of kitchen equipment.
• Is able to multitask and work more than 2 recipes at one time.
