Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations. You will prep and prepare ingredients, maintain clean and organized stations, and collaborate with a fast-paced team to deliver high-quality dishes.

Experience: minimum one year in a prep cook role; commitment to food safety and sanitation. Compensation varies by location; benefits may be offered by Bloomin Brands.

As aPrep Cook, you will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will also prep and prepare food to ensure a successful shift. Fleming’s is a positive and fast-paced environment and working well with a team of others is important. You may need to maintain the dishwasher station throughout the day and will be asked to help with other duties in the kitchen as well as be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
