Job summary

Pinstripes in Orlando is seeking a Prep Cook to join our all-scratch kitchen. You will prepare fresh ingredients, support daily service, and help maintain organized prep and storage areas in a fast-paced, upscale venue that offers Bistro dining, Bowling, and Bocce.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, and portioning
• Follow recipes and prep lists to support daily service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and storage areas
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Assist line cooks and kitchen team as needed
• Help receive and store deliveries properly
