Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a prep cook to support kitchen operations at a franchised McAlister's Deli location. You will prepare foods for cooking according to prep lists and manager directions to ensure consistency with recipes and production standards.

You will also clean and sanitize the station at the start and end of each shift, and maintain safety and sanitation policies to protect guests and staff. Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.
