Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, in Tennessee, seeks a prep cook for a franchised McAlister's Deli location. You will prepare foods from prep lists and manager directions, and ensure quality according to recipes, production and portion standards.

You will also clean and sanitize the station, support safety policies, and perform other duties as requested by management to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Experience with light dishwashing and teamwork is a plus.
