Job summary

JIM N NICKS is hiring for a hands-on kitchen position. You will chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes and specs, labeling and rotating products as needed. The role requires staying on your feet, maintaining a clean station, and getting the line ready before service starts.

The Physical Stuff: This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
