PINCHO in Miami is hiring a Prep Cook to join our fast-paced open kitchen. You will learn by doing, following recipes and procedures to deliver high-quality dishes in a lively environment.

No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. This full-time role offers starting pay at $13 per hour and meal benefits while working, with a strong team culture.

A Day In The Life

As a Prep Cook, you will betrainedin preparing top-quality food in our open kitchens. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency across all restaurants
• You will be responsible for regular checks to assure product quality
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all PINCHO standards
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized for other team members

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
• No previous experience is needed. We offer on-the-job training.
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our restaurant guests.
