Major Food Group is hiring experienced Prep Cooks to join our team at Vino, our latest Miami project opening soon in Coconut Grove!

Vino is a new concept celebrating timeless artisanship and the most coveted wines of Italy, featuring an extensive wine cellar, handmade pastas, Sicilian pizzas, signature entrées like spicy rigatoni and fried veal chop, and fresh gelato served table-side.

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing Miami team. As a team member, you will ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team
• Follow instructions from executive or sous chef
• Clean station and manage leftovers
• Maintain proper inventory
• Ensure timely and high-quality food output

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred but not required
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
