Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare dishes in bulk batch cooking.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations.
• Know how to portion control by company standards.
• Wash, peel, chop, and slice meats and vegetables in large quantities.
• Prepare sauces from various cuisines.
• Rotate, label stock and inventory with all ingredients.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and kitchens.
• Help pack daily meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner programs.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a loud, fast-paced environment.
• Work well in a group environment.
• Lift over 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
