Job summary

Outrigger Hospitality Group in Hawaii is hiring for a guest-focused role within our dining team, committed to the aloha spirit and exceptional service. You will prepare foods to standard, assist guests, and support a collaborative F&B environment on-site across flexible shifts.

Base pay starts at $30.13 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays and leave, staff discounts, and ongoing training to help you grow within Outrigger properties.

• Prepare all foods necessary for service to the demonstrated culinary standard and performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned to ensure quality F&B service for guests.
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
• A TB Clearance issued in the last 12 months will be required.
