What You'll Be Doing

As an AM Prep Cook at Honeybird, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, slicing, dicing, and measuring ingredients to perfection.
• Recipe Components: Partially cooking food and preparing sauces, dressings, or marinades to complement our dishes.
• Inventory & Storage: Properly labeling, dating, and storing prepped food to maintain freshness and meet health safety standards.
• Sanitation: Keeping the kitchen spotless by washing utensils, sanitizing workstations, sweeping floors, and taking out the trash.
• Stocking & Deliveries: Assisting with organizing the walk-in cooler and putting away wholesale food deliveries.
