Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is hiring a Prep Cook to support the kitchen team at a long-term care facility. You will help with meal prep, follow standardized recipes, and maintain a clean, safe cooking area in compliance with food safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic knife skills, ServSafe or equivalent certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided, and some benefits are offered alongside competitive scheduling in a collaborative

• ServSafe or a sanctioned sanitation course must be completed.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required by state/county law.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with cooking techniques preferred.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Residency within the service area is required.
