Punch Bowl Social Indianapolis is seeking Prep Cooks to join a vibrant culinary team. You’ll master prep tasks, punch up sauces, and help ensure every plate showcases great flavor and presentation in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar.
• Excellent knife skills a must.
• Attention to detail and quality of product.

Responsibilities

• Chopping, dicing and slicing produce to prep station standards.
• Making and mixing sauces and dressings as needed.
• Ensuring ingredients are prepared in a way that respects the craft and quality.
