Job summary

Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living in Houston, TX is seeking a Prep Cook who brings passion for food and teamwork to our Signature Dining Programs. You will engage in à la minute cooking and craft chef-inspired dishes in a modern kitchen with top-tier equipment.

Compensation starts at $15 per hour, with PTO and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision for eligible team members, plus 401k and on-site amenities. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

• Experience in food prep and cooking in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive culinary team.

Location: Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Prep Cook if you’re passionate about food and teamwork, with culinary experience. You will contribute to our Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes, while working with a dedicated team in state‑of‑the‑art kitchens and using top‑notch equipment.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $15 / hr

What You Will Need

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
