**Description**
- Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during, and after shift.
- Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
- Sets up work station.
- Prepares all food according to Arooga's recipes and specifications.
- Mentally prioritizes tasks to maximize use of time.
- Dates, labels, and rotates all products.
- Completes all assigned prep work within designated timeframes.
- Works on the cook's line during high-volume periods as directed by management.
- Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager, KM, AKM, or KS.
- Executes shift with skill and efficiency.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Requirements
- Reading and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food prep tools safely.
- Responds appropriately in emergency situations to prevent danger.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
- Reliable transportation or access to one.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
