Metro Diner is hiring Prep Cooks for day (AM) and night (PM) shifts in a fast-paced, family-oriented setting. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive benefits, and paid vacation after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Back of house cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience as line cook, chef, saute cook or grill cook is preferred.
• Able to work day or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items as a prep cook.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist other kitchen staff during peak hours.
