Metro Diner in Birmingham is hiring for Prep Cooks to support breakfast, lunch and dinner service in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Assist chefs and line cooks to ensure timely service.
